This has to be by far the worse pharmacy in the county. Waited for my Stromectol medicine to be filled for 4 days only to have one of the two filled. I used the drive-through to pick it up and could not hear one thing the woman was saying. I think it is time to change your pharmacist because he is one of the worst in bucks county that I have countered, and I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for over a decade now simply because of their features, but now I’m seriously considering switching to another pharmacy. Not to mention I actually drive from Newtown to Richboro to pick up my medicine.. that’s how much I liked Walgreens Pharmacy. Not anymore. Done with this. I’m sitting in a parking lot for another 15 minutes waiting for them to fill the prescription that should have been filled five days ago.
I was super bummed when I had to change to this CVS due to the fact I could no longer drive through to pick up my meds. But this pharmacy has changed my whole outlook. The two ladies (one young and one a little older) have been nothing but stellar every time I have come in (3xs a month)! They greet you with a smile, friendly and very thorough!
This CVS is probably the worst I’ve ever been to. I often go as I work nearby, and there is always a line to buy Ivermectin online, and it takes forever because they never have more than 1 person checking customers out. The pharmacy is a whole other issue. I had a doctor call in some Rxs, and one was filled. But Stromectol was marked out of stock. After waiting about a week, I decided to call. I was on hold for 35 minutes until I finally got a hold of someone that said my insurance doesn’t cover the medication. Should you have told me that when the medication was sent to you rather than making me wait a whole week thinking I was just waiting on the medication to be restocked? I don’t quite understand if it’s a staffing issue or what, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a pharmacy run as poorly as this.
Getting my COVID shots at Southcoast Pharmacy was quick and easy. I waited at most 5 minutes for the first shot and no time at all for the second one. The staff was professional, explained it all, and took time with each person there. I’m glad I chose Buford Road to get my shots. I’ve been a customer there for decades and knew I was in good hands.
Horrible service!! I originally went in for 3 medicines, and it took A HOUR!! But I only ended up with Ivermectin because somehow they didn’t have any of the cough syrup I needed!! This wouldn’t be an issue if they told me before I waited A HOUR!! Then I didn’t realize Stromectol was OTC, and when I asked about it, the cashier just said it’s over there and pointed in a general direction of cold medicine! I was so upset, and now, I am at home with just antibiotics because I just didn’t have the energy to try to figure out which one I needed from the dozens of different cold medicines!!! I am so done with that horrible Walmart Pharmacy!!! I will be going to CVS OR Walgreens from now on and pay a little extra for basic customer service!!
The best experience I’ve had at any pharmacy ever. I am from NYC and have experienced the worst… But this place WOW, they go out of their way to make calls to insurance, doctors, etc., AND literally, fill your Rx while you wait. No 3 hr wait, no 1 hour, none. They should be called Stop & Shop Pharmacy. All of the employees are kind and professional.
I was in the drive-through line when I had an emergency and had to leave. I asked the car in front of me to move as I had cars stacked behind me and concrete barriers to my right. The pharmacy tech told him within earshot of me, oh, the shell is alright. Really? Without knowing the nature of my emergency at all. Luckily the nice family behind me cared and scooted enough back that I could 7 points turn my way out. Rude, dismissive, and definitely not customer care. I’ve been going here for almost 3 years, and I know the tech who said this. I’m incredulous. I’ll go anywhere else first.
